Please! do not measure yourself by others. Do not copy or emulate anyone. Be an original as to who and what you are. Understand that you are unique and different. if this were not so, every morning when you would look in the mirror you would see your neighbor's face and he would see your face. And all the neighbors of the World would see the same face. For there would be but one face to see.

All fingerprints, all genetic structuring( DNA/RNA,chromosomes et centra) would be the same. The entire human species would be look a likes. What a living nightmare. The"Twilight Zone" of all "Twilight Zones".

But the miracle of miracles is that we; all of us are very, very unique and special. And a puzzlement to ourselves and others. For at times we amaze ourselves with our intelligence and yes even our stupidity.

The truth is that each of us have unlimited potentialities and possibilities that are beyond all imagination. And that special something which we have and do not use, may be the very thing that someone needs or the World needs. And if we choose not to use it, it becomes lost to the World.

What if: all those men and women in history, who were considered as great, had said; I am a nobody? I can't do anything. What if they had refused to give what they and they alone had to give? No doubt our lives would be the lesser for it. Who knows, we might still be living in caves throwing rocks at some mouth watering Tyrannosaurus looking for a snack.

At some point in our distant past, as our cerebral and physical structuring was evolving, a single thought, and idea give birth to a belief that one person could make a difference by being a doer and a mover. He/she knew or had something original to give that no one else could give. So they gave of themselves their special gift. Since that moment in time; thousands upon thousands have and do believe that they too, have something unique to give to the World.

Remember the Children's' story about the " little engine· that said; "I can, I can". Well, all of us need to say;"Yes, I can, I will just do it" If you have any reservations about what has been said and doubt that you don't have the ability to be a doer. May I suggest that you read ·The "Helen Keller Story"·or the story about a Major League Professional Base ball Player by the name of Pete Gray. Who had only one arm. Read his story or "The Terry Fox Story". History is full of the "Can do" people.
